Stress: Which one’s killin’ you?

Everyone is dealing with stress in today’s society in one way or another. Many of us are looking
at financial stress which is what we all think about, but that is certainly not the only one. People
who are financially set have stress too; it is just a little different. So we will talk about all the
different kinds of stress from week to week and how to deal with them.
Now, I am a Chiropractor and I know you are all saying, “What does a chiropractor know about
everyday stress?” Here we go. As a chiropractor I am working with people who have stressed a
joint to its limit and now it is damaged, or stress out so bad they can’t sleep, or stress is so high
that every time they eat they get indigestion, or they got in a car accident and now the stress in
the neck is giving them headaches and they can’t focus on their daily activities. Stress is what I
work with everyday.
Our topics of conversation will be about how stress affects your body and what you can do to
